    lovely terrace views, cozy bar ambiance, excellent cocktail variety

    The noise from adjoining rooms can be quite disruptive!!! More attention to the fridge cooling and channel variety would enhance the experience!!! The taxi situation outside needs better management!!!

    Perfectly quiet location... Metro's within walking distance. Marina nearby... Many small restaurants in the vicinity

    In some places you can see that it's not new anymore. It's okay to live with.

    The real deal or a total steal?

    The spacious Premium King Room was a delight, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the rain shower! Staff were courteous and helpful.

    The breakfast variety was limited, seeming monotonous , which could use more variety to satisfy diverse palates! Reaching the metro was not so easy with heavy traffic.

    Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and very friendly staff!

    I had the feeling that at breakfast the ventilation in the rooms was bad, afterwards all the clothes smelled with food.

    The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a great layout. The rain shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out quickly. The breakfast was delicious, especially with Cristina and her team making sure everything was perfect. The location felt convenient with lots of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops, all within walking distance. Very quiet air conditioning. The shower pressure occasionally felt a bit low after long days out. The hotel could improve the dining options. I found the dinner choices limited. I felt welcomed and at home thanks to the helpful staff. Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel!

    The hotel is perfect very new and luxury, staffs are friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting. It's a new area but it was not difficult to reach the hotel, we were having our own car.

    The Breakfast was nice but it will be better if they add more different kind of food and if they will change the breakfast menu every day. The Alleviators it was big challenge we were staying in 30 floors and there was only 2 alleviators working on that time.

    The charming decor and easy access to all areas. I felt welcomed and comfortable in every space, particularly the lovely restaurant overlooking the beautiful water fountain.

    The staff were excellent, polite, courteous and could not do enough for us from the time we arrived until checkout. The rooms, bars,restaraunts and swimming pool, jacuzzil are what you would expect at a six star hotel. A courtesy bus is available from the hotel twice a day to and from all the shopping malls and beach area if need be, taxis are another cheap alternative

    It is a shame that such a wonderful hotel is located in a area that is still being developed, but this does not detract from the comfort of the hotel once inside.

    The overall atmosphere is very nice! The breakfast is incredibly varied and the staff very friendly and courteous. We had a Club Deluxe Suite with access to a lounge with snacks and drinks.

    Furniture is a bit outdated and could use a refresher. But this is whining on a high level.
